To ensure smooth collaboration, we have summarized the most important points regarding availability, data traffic, and support.
The streaming infrastructure is operated with an availability of 99.9%. Maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. Short-term interventions in security-related incidents are excluded from this.
Billing is based on the actual amount of data transferred. Peak loads up to the contractually agreed limit are included. Traffic exceeding this is shown and billed separately.
For disruptions of the highest priority, we respond within 30 minutes on business days. Standard inquiries are answered within 4 hours. Support is available via email and phone.
All media content uploaded by you remains your property. We use it solely to provide the streaming services and do not share it with third parties. After the contract ends, all data will be deleted within 30 days.
Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded. For direct damages, we are liable up to the amount of the compensation paid in the last twelve months. This does not apply in cases of intent and gross negligence.
We will notify you of changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not object within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted. You have the option to terminate the contract at any time with effect from the end of the next month.
