These terms govern the use of our cloud infrastructure for multimedia transmissions. They apply to all services provided through the platform, including media servers, distribution networks, and monitoring tools.
StreamCore provides companies and event organizers with a scalable platform for managing and delivering digital video content. The scope of services is determined by the respective order confirmation and the technical specifications attached to the contract.
You are responsible for all content you transmit through the platform. This includes ensuring that you hold the necessary rights to the materials and that the content does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. Access credentials must be kept confidential.
We strive to ensure high availability of the services. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. We assume no liability for unplanned outages caused by force majeure, network disruptions, or maintenance work on upstream infrastructures.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected. In the event of data loss, we are only liable for the restoration of the most recently backed-up data. Further claims, particularly for lost profits, are excluded.
Contracts run for the agreed minimum term and are automatically renewed for the same period unless terminated six weeks before the end of the term. The right to terminate for cause without notice remains unaffected.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms if legal framework conditions or the scope of services change. We will notify you in writing of material changes at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object, the new terms are deemed accepted.
